There is enough of a gap between the bottom of the clip and the case that your belt could ride up into that gap instead of the actual beltclip. The iPaq 211 fits in easily. Would not recommend to other iPaq 211 owners. The bottom portion of the clip hangs free. The magnetic snap works but was hit or miss as to whether it fully locked or not. This will be a problem for people who put on and take off the case on a regular basis (or even over time). It looks good.
In closing, the case itself is nice. It does the job. It doesn't sit snug against the case. The case is roomy. There is about 1/3in of space leftover inside the case. Only the top of the beltclip is attached to the case.
The clip itself is suspect since it is just a piece of plastic that has been molded into a clip. The beltclip ruins the overall experience. Just received mine today. The beltclip is the weak link of this product. It doesn't feel sturdy or durable.
I am wearing it right now, and it does not get in the way, and it does do it's job; protecting the iPaq and contaning it. It is big, but it works. I'm concerned that the magnetic clip which secures the closing flap might damage the screen if it is accidently bumped. I purchased the case hoping it would protect my iPaq 211. The one review I read says it it a bit big or oversized. The only difference in the design would be to put an extended flap on it so the lid is secured on the bottom.
The case is a little larger than it needs to be for my IPAQ 211 but serves the purpose well. Thank you.
